Are you a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking an independent yet team-oriented professional for a permanent position within a dynamic, international organization.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting both strategic and operational HR activities within a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will range from handling labor law cases and team effectiveness to coaching managers and providing strategic HR support.

You will be part of the management team for one of our factories in Ludvika, overseeing around 300 employees and 25 managers, covering both white- and blue-collar roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with an HR team in Sweden and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, labor law cases, and team development.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support and coach managers in HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws and internal HR standards.
• Collaborate with local and international HR teams in a global matrix organization.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in HRBP or HR leadership roles, with a track record of handling complex labor law cases.
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain relationships across different levels of the organization.
• Skilled in both strategic HR work and hands-on problem-solving.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Experience working in a global and matrix-based organization is highly valued.
